Acupuncture
Acupuncture, an ancient practice originating from China over 2,000 years ago, is widely used today as both an alternative and complementary form of medicine alongside Western medical treatments. . The practice involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate healing and balance the flow of energy, or "Qi."
Acupuncture has been found to be effective in addressing various health concerns, including:• Managing side effects of cancer treatments• Aiding in post-surgical and illness recovery• Reducing fatigue and stress• Alleviating emotional issues• Treating migraines and tension headaches• Addressing sinus issues and allergies• Supporting women's health• Easing arthritis and fibromyalgia symptoms• Managing chronic pain
Life Coaching with Tapping EFT
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), commonly known as Tapping, is a psychophysiological method that combines mental and physical practices to promote healing and emotional well-being. By gently tapping on acupuncture points while focusing on specific negative attitudes, beliefs, or emotional triggers, EFT helps release emotional blockages that may contribute to unwanted behaviors, reactions, or even physical symptoms.
EFT is particularly effective in regulating the nervous system and managing stress. Through tapping, it calms the body's stress response, allowing you to shift from negative emotional states to positive ones. This practice helps individuals gain more control over their emotions and reactions, fostering a greater sense of well-being and the freedom to pursue personal goals with less resistance. EFT Coaching can be done in person or remotely.
