EFT / Tapping Coaching

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also commonly known as Tapping, is a psychophysiological tool that involves both the mind and the body through gentle “tapping” of acupuncture points on the body while tuning into negative attitudes or beliefs. Often it is these negative attitudes or beliefs, either conscious or unconscious, that result in repetitive unwanted behaviors or reactions and physical symptoms.

Understanding Types of Tapping and EFT

Informal Tapping                   

Quickly decrease stress and emotions by simply tapping on acupuncture points.  Can be done silently, while saying a phrase, or just by tapping and talking. 

Group EFT

Enjoy the benefits of EFT while in a group setting.  Experience “borrowing benefits” by doing EFT with others. Uses the same process as individual EFT.

Clinical EFT: Personal 1:1 Sessions

Research based Emotional Freedom Techniques focuses on a specific event, emotion, or belief to decrease emotional intensity and untangle unconscious reactions and habits. Performed one on one with a certified practitioner.
